Through the power of personal stories, be taken on a journey to the vast and threatened landscapes of Australia’s largest temperate rainforest in northwest Lutruwita / Tasmania. This area, known as Takayna / Tarkine, is one of the last wild places on Earth. These people are fighting for its protection, and you can as well.
This film screening is being hosted by Wild Earth Movement.
Hannah from Wild Earth Movement said: “this film is a great example of environmental devasation all around the world which shows how beautiful nature is and why we must fight to protect our planet.” Wild Earth Movement is a community-led environmental not -for-profit organisation with a strong focus on waste and plastic pollution. They host all sorts of events, sessions, workshops and activities in Dudley, around the West Midlands and beyond.
This film resonates with Wild Earth Movement's approach of creating joyful spaces to gather in while tackling the climate crisis.

ACCESSIBILITY LIMITATIONS
Dudley Creates activities are hosted in numerous indoor and outdoor spaces across Dudley Borough. This activity is taking place in the CoLab Dudley space on Dudley High Street, which is a rented unit in the Trident Shopping Centre. While the main space is at street level and fully accessible, the toilet is on the first floor up steep stairs. Sadly, there has been no way to adapt the space for accessible toilets. Which means this particular activity isn’t fully accessible for people with mobility impairments.
