Bill and Helen were intrigued about the ownership of the High Street and discovered that only 5% of the High Street is owned by independent shops. On the Stories of Place prototyping day in October 2022, they ventured out onto the High Street and recorded people’s responses to ‘Who owns Dudley High Street?’
