Two Days in Autumn

Nature Inspired Micro Commission
Creatives: Helen, Jackie + Jo
Venue: Ruskin Glass Centre, Stourbridge

3 artists came together in early November to host a weekend of workshops with attendees using foraged items to make beautiful autumnal colour dyes and botanical inks which were then use to experiment with.

The workshops offered up a space for experimenting with what can be found in nature to make colour swatches inspired by the outdoors using papers, palettes and wool.

Thank you to Jackie, Jo and Helen for sharing images of the weekend and the stunning items and colours produced.

2 Days in Autumn is part of our Time Rebels of Dudley Arts Council England national lottery project grant and was one of the nature inspired micro commissions that offers a place for creatives to experiment with ideas of nature-inspired creativity.
